摘 要:为解决运动诱发脑-机交互过程中,意念感知环路与运动反馈神经环路协同激活时序同步性弱的问题,受到脉冲时间依赖的突触可塑性理论的启发,开展了运动激活响应的时序作用规律探索与闭环脑机时序同步强化的方法研究。基于应激刺激下运动中枢激活响应特性,通过采集与整合不同应激运动响应任务下力-位移-脑电多源信息,开展了应激诱发下中枢环路时序激活响应检测方案设计;基于检测得到的时序参数,应用脑功能网络分析技术对脑-机交互过程运动感知反馈激活时序规律进行了有效量化。通过在线实验验证和统计分析,验证了应激运动诱发范式保留了传统运动诱发模型的特点:既能够不通过真实运动而激活皮层运动区域,又能有效增强受试者在脑控闭环过程中的运动感知激活响应时效性;在受试者群体中,闭环脑控的感知与反馈响应的时延在0.15~0.90 s之间,最大激活响应时间的持续时间为400~600 ms,激活响应的同步性相较于传统范式具有增强效果。所提方法揭示了应激诱发脑机调控过程的时序作用规律,可为实现运动感知同步性增强的脑-机接口设计提供有力的理论支撑。To address the issue of weak temporal synchronization between the loop of intention perception and motor feedback activation in brain-machine interfaces during motor evoked processes,this research investigates the timing sequence effects of motor evoked responses.Drawing inspiration from spike-timing dependent plasticity theory,methods are explored to enhance closed-loop brain-machine temporal synchronization.A detection strategy is designed using multi-source information,such as force,displacement,and electroencephalogram(EEG)data,based on neural responses characteristics under stress stimulation.Temporal parameters are then used for brain functional network analysis to quantify the temporal patterns of motor perception feedback activation.Online experimental verification and statistical analysis confirm that the stress response motor evoked paradigm retains the characteristics of the traditional model,which could effectively activate the cortical motor region without actual movement.Moreover,it significantly enhances the timeliness of motor perception activation response of subjects in the brain-controlled closed-loop process.The perceptual and feedback response time delay ranges from 0.15 to 0.90 s,with the maximum activation response duration being approximately 400—600 ms.The proposed method exhibits improved synchronization of the activation response compared to the traditional paradigm.This approach not only reveals the temporal action rules of brain-computer regulation induced by stress-response,but also offers strong theoretical support for designing brain-machine interfaces with enhanced motor perception synchronization.
