摘 要:拉杆转子广泛应用于燃气轮机和航空发动机,由于考虑了多组合界面几何结构、界面参数不确定性和多支撑边界条件等影响因素,传统的正向分析无法准确预测转子的模态特性和动力学响应。针对复杂边界条件下拉杆转子跨尺度接触参数的不确定问题,开展了接触界面参数识别和动力学研究综述,全面回顾了基于平面接触和端面齿连接的典型拉杆转子的结构特点和结构完整性设计要求,介绍了接触刚度计算常用的统计学模型和分形模型,总结了节点单元、零厚度接触单元和薄层接触单元3种常用的接触界面有限元建模方法和特点,综述了非线性边界条件下转子模型的参数识别研究进展、动力学研究进展和预紧力设计准则。通过对现有研究成果的总结及全面分析,给出了端面齿盘拉杆转子跨尺度建模、复杂边界下的转子界面参数识别、多物理域转子非线性动力学分析以及考虑预紧失谐的工程装配设计准则等未来的研究方向。Tie-bolt rotors are widely used in gas turbines and aero-engines.However,due to factors such as multi-combination interface geometry,interface parameter uncertainty and multi-support boundary conditions,accurately predicting rotors’modal characteristics and dynamic response becomes challenging using traditional forward analysis.To address the uncertainties associated with cross-scale contact parameters of tie-rod rotors under complex boundary conditions,an overview focused on contact interface parameter identification and dynamics research was developed,providing a comprehensive review of mechanical integrity design requirements and structural characteristics of typical tie-rod rotors based on planar contact and Hirth couplings,introducing the statistical model and fractal model commonly used in contact stiffness calculation,summarizing the three commonly employed contact interface finite element modeling methods:node element,zero-thickness contact element and thin-layer contact element,and their characteristics,and reviewing the research progress of rotor model parameter identification,dynamics research progress and preload design criteria under nonlinear boundary conditions.Through the objective description and comprehensive analysis of the existing research results,the research trends in future were suggested,including the cross-scale modeling of tie-bolt rotors with Hirth couplings,identification of the rotor interface parameters under the complex boundary conditions,nonlinear rotor dynamics using multi-physics approaches and the engineering assembly design criteria considering the bolt preload detuning.
