摘 要:针对实心转子铁心式永磁游标电机在运行过程中,转子铁心产生的涡流损耗远大于常规永磁电机的问题,对实心钢转子铁心中的涡流损耗产生机理进行了研究,并提出一种能够有效减小其涡流损耗的转子结构。首先,从永磁游标电机(VPM)的磁场特性和涡流损耗产生机理出发,对比了采用实心钢转子铁心的传统永磁电机和VPM电机,得出VPM电机具有更大的转子涡流损耗,并分析了其产生原因;随后,提出一种转子开槽的新型VPM电机结构,该结构可以在保证电机转矩基本不变的情况下,大幅减小转子涡流损耗;最后,通过三维有限元计算,验证了所提结构的有效性。结果表明:实心转子铁心式VPM电机的转子铁心涡流损耗是传统永磁电机的26.85倍;采用文中所提的电机结构,可以在输出转矩下降不到5%的情况下,转子涡流损耗减小达到67.2%。研究结果可为VPM电机的工业应用和推广提供参考。During the operation of the vernier permanent magnet machine(VPM)with solid rotor,the eddy current loss generated by the rotor core is much greater than that of a conventional permanent magnet machine.To solve this problem,the research was conducted on the mechanism of the eddy current loss caused by the solid rotor core,and a new rotor structure that can effectively reduce eddy current loss was proposed.Firstly,based on the magnetic field characteristics of VPM machines and the generation mechanism of eddy current loss,the traditional permanent magnet machine and the VPM machine(both rotor cores are made of solid steel)were compared.The results show that the rotor eddy current loss of the VPM machine was larger,and the causes of this phenomenon were analyzed.Then,a new VPM machine topology with grooved rotor was proposed,which can greatly reduce the eddy current loss while ensuring that the output torque almost maintains unchanged.Finally,the validity of the proposed structure was verified through 3D finite element calculation.The results show that the eddy current loss of the rotor core in a VPM machine with solid rotor is 26.85 times higher than that of a traditional permanent magnet motor.By using the proposed VPM machine topology,the rotor eddy current loss can be reduced by 67.2%while the output torque decreases by less than 5%.The research results provide a reference for the industrial application and promotion of VPM machines.
