摘　　要：目的:以可视化方式展现国内价值医疗领域的研究进展与趋势,为价值医疗后续研究提供参考。方法:利用文献计量学方法检索中国知网、维普、万方数据库2006-2021年收录的相关文献资料,进行可视化分析。结果:共检索相关文献416篇。领域内研究人员的产出逐年增长;价值医疗在医疗卫生领域应用广泛;研究人员与机构逐渐增多;研究热点集中在价值医疗、公立医院、医疗服务、价值取向等。结论:价值医疗在国内的研究需要底蕴累积,研究质量相对欠缺,研究内容有待进一步深化。Objective:To visualize the research progress and trends in the field of value-based healthcare in China,and to provide a reference for subsequent research in value-based healthcare.Methods:A bibliometric analysis was conducted by searching relevant literature data from the CNKI,CQVIP,and Wanfang databases from 2006 to 2021.Visual analysis was used to evaluate the results.Results:A total of 416 relevant articles were identified.The number of researchers and institutions conducting research in this field has increased steadily over time.Value-based medicine has been widely adopted in the medical and health industry.Research hotspots include value-based healthcare,public hospitals,medical services,and value orientation.Conclusion:Value-based healthcare research in China needs to be accumulated in the bottom line,the quality of research is relatively lacking,and the content of research needs to be further deepened.
