摘　　要：目的:对基层医疗卫生机构资源配置效率进行分析,为改进和优化基层医疗卫生资源配置提供借鉴和参考。方法:采用网络SBM模型测度2017-2021年31个省市的基层医疗卫生机构资源配置的总体效率和各节点效率。结果:基层医疗卫生机构资源配置的总体效率和各节点效率均有待进一步提升,存在明显的区域差异;医疗服务能力产出效率均值高于医疗接待能力产出效率。结论:基层的卫生资源配置效率有待进一步提高、资源利用不够充分。Objective:The resource allocation efficiency of grassroots medical and health institutions in China is analyzed,and this paper provides reference and reference for improving and optimizing the allocation of grassroots medical and health resources.Methods:The network SBM model was used to measure the overall efficiency of resource allocation and node efficiency of grassroots medical and health institutions in 31 Provinces from 2017 to 2021.Results:The overall efficiency of resource allocation and the efficiency of each node of grassroots medical and health institutions need to be further improved,and there are obvious regional differences;the average output efficiency of medical service capacity is higher than the output efficiency of medical reception capacity.Conclusion:The efficiency of health resource allocation at the grassroots level needs to be further improved,and resource utilization is insufficient.
