医院工会干部应用智慧工会平台满意度和影响因素分析

摘　　要：目的:研究医院工会专兼职干部对应用智慧工会平台满意度和影响因素,为提高医院数字信息化管理,完善医疗系统“以人为本”管理体系提供参考。方法:本调查主要以北京协和医院等北京市6所已搭建智慧工会平台医院的542位工会专兼职干部为研究样本。从智慧工会平台功能、应用程度以及医务工作者个人特征等方面分析应用智慧工会平台的满意度和影响因素。结果:对应用智慧工会平台持满意态度的人员共有417位,占总人数76.9%。智慧工会平台建设职能、教育职能以及组织职能等对应用智慧工会平台的满意度具有显著正向影响;利用智慧工会平台参加会议的满意度有待提升。结论:医院工会专兼职干部对智慧工会平台的满意度处于比较高的水平,但在功能完善、应用推广、以及共性和个性兼容上,还有较大改善空间。Objective:To study the satisfaction and factors influencing the application of smart trade union platforms by the full-time and part-time cadres of hospital trade unions,to provide a reference for improving the digital information management of hospitals and perfecting the"people-oriented"management system of the medical system.Methods:This survey mainly takes 542 full-time and part-time union cadres from six hospitals in Beijing,including Peking Union Medical College Hospital,which has set up a smart union platform,as the research sample.The satisfaction and influencing factors of applying the smart union platform were analyzed in terms of its functions,application degree,and personal characteristics of medical workers.Results:There are 417 people who are satisfied with the application of the smart union platform,accounting for 76.9%of the total number of people.The construction function,education function and organization function of the wisdom union platform have a significant positive influence on the satisfaction of applying the wisdom union platform;the satisfaction of using the wisdom union platform to attend meetings needs to be improved.Conclusions:The satisfaction of the hospital union full-time and part-time cadres with the intelligent union platform is at a relatively high level,but there is still much room for improvement in terms of functional perfection,application promotion,and compatibility between commonality and individuality.
