生态文明视域下医院后勤管理模式创新要点分析

摘　　要：加快生态文明建设是国家发展的重要战略任务。医院是践行绿色低碳发展的主要场所之一,更是现代化建设的重要领域,因此医院必须坚持生态文明理念,加快现代化改革。医院后勤管理模式关系着医疗事业的现代化进程,要牢牢把握生态文明的内涵与原则,积极构建生态医院后勤管理体系,推动医院后勤管理的生态化与科学化。本文从生态文明视域下医院后勤管理存在的问题出发,探究医院后勤管理模式的创新原则,并从管理机制、后勤服务供给、后勤设备等几个方面提出创新要点。Accelerating the construction of ecological civilization is an important strategic task for national development.Hospitals are one of the main places to practice green low-carbon development,but also an important area of modernization,so hospitals must adhere to the concept of ecological civilization and accelerate modernization reform.Hospital logistics management mode is related to the modernization of the medical cause,to firmly grasp the connotation and principles of ecological civilization,and actively build an ecological hospital logistics management system to promote ecological and scientific hospital logistics management.This paper,from the ecological civilization under the perspective of hospital logistics management problems,explores the innovation principles of hospital logistics management mode,and from the management mechanism,logistics service supply,logistics equipment,and other aspects of the proposed innovation points.
