摘 要:为探究涉河涉堤工程建设对水域防洪等功能的影响,以永嘉县沙头镇响山大桥临时钢栈桥为例,采用MIKE21软件建立模型,计算临时钢栈桥建设前后桥址一定区域内河道水位的壅水高度、壅水长度以及流速变化特点和分布规律,分析临时钢栈桥的建设对楠溪江河道行洪能力的影响。结果显示:临时钢栈桥桥址附近的水位较建设前水位略有升高,最大壅水高度为0.06 m,发生在桥位上游约110 m处,桥墩间流速较建设前有所增加,最大流速增幅为3.36%,计算数值与采用传统方法得出的数值相差甚微。由于桥墩局部的阻水作用,在河水流向桥墩时,两侧会出现小范围绕流,对河道整体水流运动无较大影响。In order to explore the impact of the construction of river-embankment projects on flood control and other functions in water areas,based on the temporary steel trestle bridge of Xiangshan Bridge in Shatou Town,Yongjia County,a model was built by MIKE21 software to calculate the change characteristics and distribution rules of the backwater height,backwater length and velocity of the river level in a certain area of the bridge site before and after the construction of the temporary steel trestle bridge.The influence of the construction of temporary steel trestle bridge on flood discharge capacity of Nanxi River is analyzed.The results show that the water level near the temporary steel trestle bridge site is slightly higher than that before construction,and the maximum height of the water is 0.06 m,which occurs at about 110 m upstream of the bridge site.The flow rate between piers increases compared with that before construction,and the maximum flow rate increases by 3.36%.There is little difference between the calculated results and those obtained by traditional methods.Due to the local water blocking effect of the piers,the water flows around the two sides of the piers with limited range,which has no great influence on the overall flow movement of the river.
