摘　　要：开发区作为重要的产业平台,在地区经济发展中发挥着显著的作用,同时也是推动城市化的重要因素。研究聚焦开发区在城市空间扩张中的作用,对围绕开发区的城市空间演进模式进行检验和识别。以长三角地区为研究对象,综合采用土地利用、人口分布和夜间灯光三类栅格数据,以1 km2栅格作为样本单元,分析和检验开发区对城市空间扩张和演进的影响,探讨开发区的产城融合效应。研究结果表明,栅格距开发区越近,土地类型向建成区转变的可能性越大,栅格中的人口和夜间灯光亮度的提升也越大。开发区不仅促进周围土地向建成区转变,也吸引人口和经济活动在周边集聚,产城融合不断推进。开发区的这种效应受自身产业发展水平、级别和所在区位的影响存在明显的异质性特征,产业集聚水平更高、国家级以及距离市中心更近的开发区,带动作用和辐射范围更大,同时开发区级别和区位的交互影响显示国家级开发区更有利于实现相对独立的发展。As an important industrial platform,the development zone plays a significant role in regional economic development and acts as an important factor in promoting urbanization.The present paper focuses on the role of development zones in urban spatial expansion while testing and identifying the model of urban spatial evolution around these zones.With the Yangtze River Delta as the object and the raster of 1 km2 as a sample unit,this paper analyzes and tests the impact of these zones on urban spatial expansion and evolution to explore their city-industry integration effect by using the comprehensive raster data of land use,population distribution and night light.The results show that the closer the raster to the development zone,the greater the possibility of land type conversion to the built-up area,and the greater the increase in population and night lights.The development zone not only promotes the transformation of surrounding land to built-up areas,but also attracts population and economic activities to gather in the surrounding areas,further advancing integration of industry and city.This effect is apparently heterogeneous due to the industrial development,levels and locations of the zones.Therefore,the development zones with higher industrial agglomeration,and those of national level and closer to city centers have a greater driving effect and radiation range.Meanwhile,the interaction between the level and the location of a zone shows that the national level is more conducive to achieving its relatively independent development.
