农村现代公共文化服务精准供给创新实践探析——基于国家公共文化服务体系示范区的个案考察

摘　　要：农村现代公共文化服务是乡村文化振兴的重要推动力,公共文化服务有效供给则是公共文化服务的重要支撑和来源。利用网络调研、线上访谈、实地调查及文献调查等方法,以欠发达地区国家公共文化服务体系示范区个案为考察对象,探讨农村现代公共文化服务供给的实践及创新经验。提升农村现代公共文化服务精准供给效能需要夯实供给主体力量、丰富供给内容、创新供给方式、优化供给机制。Modern public cultural services in rural areas are the important goal and final destination of rural cultural re⁃vitalization.The effective supply of public cultural services is an important support and source of public cul⁃tural services.Using the methods of network survey,online interview,field survey and literature survey,taking demonstration areas of national public cultural service system in underdeveloped areas as an example,this paper discusses the current practice and innovative experience of the supply of modern public cultural ser⁃vices in rural areas.Therefore,the paper puts forward the path and strategy for improving the accuracy supply of modern public cultural services in rural areas,strengthens the main force of supply,enrichs supply content,innovates supply methods and optimizes supply mechanisms.
