摘  要:绝缘子是电网中应用最广的绝缘设备之一,户外运行要承受污秽、鸟害、冰雪、异物附着等异常侵害。石墨纤维作为异物中一种,可用于制备专门攻击电气设备外绝缘的软杀伤武器石墨炸弹。为研究石墨纤维附着及临近绝缘子的异常侵害机理,本文建立了棒形悬式复合绝缘子有限元三维仿真模型,分析了石墨纤维对绝缘子电场分布的影响,在此基础上设计了石墨纤维侵害绝缘子的高压试验装置,并通过高压在线试验,模拟绝缘子实际运行时受到异常侵害的情况。通过高速摄像机、紫外成像仪和红外热像仪观测石墨纤维影响绝缘子性能的宏观与微观过程,结合仿真与试验结果得到石墨纤维临近及附着绝缘子的放电机制,并研究石墨纤维参数对绝缘子耐压水平的影响。Insulators are one of the most widely used insulation equipment in the power grid,and they must withstand abnormal damage such as pollution,bird damage,ice and snow,and foreign matter adhesion when operating outdoors.As one of the foreign materials,graphite fiber can be used to prepare soft killing weapon graphite bombs that specially attacking the external insulation of electrical equipment.In order to study the abnormal damage mechanism of graphite fiber adhesion and adjacent insulators,a three-dimensional finite element simulation model of rod suspension composite insulator is established in this paper,and the influence of graphite fiber on the electric field distribution of insulator is analyzed.On this basis,a high voltage test device for graphite fiber damage insulator is designed,and the abnormal damage situation of insulator during actual operation is simulated through high voltage online test.The macro and micro processes of graphite fiber affecting the performance of insulators were observed by high-speed camera,ultraviolet imager and infrared thermal imager,and the discharge mechanism of graphite fiber adjacent to and attached to insulators was obtained by combining simulation and test results.The influence of graphite fiber parameters on the withstand voltage level of insulators was studied.
