风湿病合并低尿酸血症患者的认知障碍分析

摘　　要：目的:分析风湿病合并低尿酸血症患者认知功能及影响因素。方法:选取苏北人民医院风湿免疫科住院患者2523例,检查其血清尿酸浓度,筛选出低尿酸血症者(观察组)和尿酸正常患者(对照组),收集其临床数据。从观察组和对照组中随机各选取50例患者,分别为低尿酸组和正常尿酸组,应用蒙特利尔认知评估量表评估2组患者的认知功能。结果:低尿酸血症在风湿病住院患者中的患病率为5.03%。低尿酸组认知功能明显低于正常尿酸组,且低尿酸组的视空间与执行功能、定向明显低于正常尿酸组。结论:低尿酸血症在风湿病患者中患病率较高,其中类风湿关节炎的占比最高;且低尿酸血症对风湿病患者认知功能有明显影响。Objective:To analyze the cognitive function and influencing factors of patients with rheumatism combined with hypouricemia.Methods:A total of 2523 hospitalized patients from the Rheumatology and Immunology Department of Subei People's Hospital were selected to examine their serum uric acid concentration.Patients with hypouricemia(in the observation group)and patients with normal uric acid(in the control group)were selected,and their clinical data were gathered.Fifty patients were randomly selected from the observation group and the control group respectively,namely the low uric acid group and the normal uric acid group.The cognitive function of the patients in the two groups was evaluated using the Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale.Results:The prevalence rate of hypouricemia among hospitalized patients with rheumatism was 5.03%.The cognitive function of the low uric acid group was significantly lower than that of the normal uric acid group,and the visual space,executive function,and orientation of the low uric acid group were significantly lower than those of the normal uric acid group.Conclusion:Hypouricemia has a higher incidence in patients with rheumatism,with rheumatoid arthritis accounting for the highest proportion;moreover,hypouricemia has a significant impact on cognitive function in patients with rheumatism.
