摘　　要：窗帘作为最常见家纺织机物,具有视线遮挡、美化环境的作用。一些特殊场所对窗帘的遮光率、阻燃等级、抗紫外线等级指标,提出明确要求。选用阻燃涤纶弹丝、不锈钢纤维/涤纶混纺纱、普通涤纶黑纱三种纤维,设计出具有自洁净,阻燃,防紫外线全遮光功能窗帘织物,并通过改变中间层普通涤纶黑纱纤维F数,研究纤维F数对遮光率的影响,实验测试结果表明,在织造工艺不变的条件下,改变原料规格增加普通涤纶黑纱纤维F数,遮光率增加。Curtains,as the most common household textile,have the function of blocking out the sight and beautifying the environment.Some special venues have specific requirements for the light blocking rate,flame retardant level and ultraviolet radiation resistant level of curtains.Three kinds of fibers,namely flameretardant polyester elastic yarn,stainless steel fiber/polyester blended yarn and ordinary polyester black yarn,were selected to design the curtain fabric with self-cleaning,flame-retardant,and UV-proof,and full sunshade functions.By changing the F number of the ordinary polyester black yarn fiber in the middle layer,the effect of F number of fiber on the blackout rate was studied.The experimental results show that under the condition of unchanged weaving process,changing the raw material specification and increasing the F number of ordinary polyester black yarn fiber,the shading rate increases.
