摘　　要：目前水刺非织造行业还存在智能生产装备集成度不高、智能制造执行系统(MES)欠缺,生产和运营数据未有效打通等问题。为此,本文以水刺非织造智能生产线为基础,设计开发了水刺非织造智能制造执行系统(MES)并进行实际部署应用。该系统主要包括排产管理、工艺管理、质量管理、设备管理、能源管理等功能模块,能够对生产全过程进行智能预警、控制与管理,并可与ERP系统进行数据交换,打通生产和运营管理数据链条。实践证明,应用该系统能够有效提高工艺管理水平和生产运营效率,提高企业经济效益。At present,in the spunlaced nonwovens industry there are still problems regarding the low inte⁃gration of intelligent production equipment,lack of intelligent Manufacturing Execution System(MES),and in⁃effective connection of production and operation data.Therefore,based on the spunlaced nonwoven intelligent production line,this paper designs and develops the spunlaced nonwoven intelligent Manufacturing Execution System(MES),which has been deployed and applied in practice.The system mainly includes such functional modules as production scheduling management,process management,quality management,equipment manage⁃ment,energy management,etc.It can provide intelligent warning,control,and management of the entire produc⁃tion process,and can exchange data with the ERP system to connect the data chains of production and opera⁃tion management.Practice has proven that the application of this system can effectively improve the level of process management and production operation efficiency and improve the economic benefits of enterprises.
