摘　　要：良性前列腺增生(benign prostatic hyperplasia,BPH)为影响全球男性健康的最常见疾病之一,我国BPH患者基数多、分布广泛,难以进行纵向比较和量化评估。通过医联体分级诊疗制度所构建的老年BPH专业防控联盟可筛查我国BPH人群,也能方便临床医生和研究机构开展多中心大型队列研究,还能为老年BPH提供产品验证人群和防控技术推广渠道。该联盟在架构上自上而下为BPH防控联盟的主席和执行委员会团队的核心层级、各省级三甲医院的省级层级、地市三甲医院的地市层级、村镇医院和卫生机构的基层层级。在此架构基础上,BPH专业防控联盟经专家讨论最终达成本共识,提出了一套BPH标本的采集、处理、运输及保存标准操作规程,以期为BPH常见标本的收集与储存提供参照。Benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)is one of the most common diseases affecting men’s health globally.It has been difficult to conduct longitudinal comparison and quantitative evaluation due to the large number and widespread distribution of BPH patients in China.The professional prevention and control alliance for elderly BPH established through the hierarchical diagnosis and therapy system of the medical consortium can be used for screening for BPH population in China,facilitating clinicians and research institutions to conduct multicenter large-scale cohort studies,and to provide product validation populations and promotion channels of prevention and control technology to elderly BPH.The alliance is structured from top to bottom as the core level of the chairman and executive committee team of the BPH Prevention and Control Alliance,the provincial level of provincial IIIA hospitals,the municipal level of municipal IIIA hospitals,and the grassroots level of village hospitals and health institutions.Based on the structure,the BPH Prevention and Control Alliance has reached a consensus through expert discussions,while proposing a set of standard operating procedures for the collection,processing,transportation,and preservation of BPH specimens,in order to provide a knowledge reference for the collection and preservation of common BPH specimens.
