摘 要:为提高C4烯烃的产量,建立了乙醇偶合制备C4烯烃效率的数学模型。基于催化剂组合和温度对C4烯烃收率影响的实验数据,利用Python对催化剂组合中的Co负载量、Co/SiO_(2)和HAP装料比、乙醇浓度进行分析,建立决策树模型,得到C4烯烃收率的最优决策;设计较完善的方案,验证催化剂组合与温度对C4烯烃收率的影响。模型分析结果表明C4烯烃的选择性在以HAP为载体、Co/SiO2和HAP装料比1∶1且温度为325~400℃时可达到峰值,并在反应时间达到200 min时,C4烯烃的收率趋于平缓。该模型为进一步提高C4烯烃的产量提供了参考。In order to increase the production of C4 hydrocarbon,a mathematical model of the efficiency of ethanol coupling to produce C4 hydrocarbon is established.Based on the experimental data of the production of C4 hydrocarbon under different catalysts and temperatures,we use Python software to analyze the effect of the Co loading amount,the ratio of Co/SiO_(2) and HAP,and the ethanol concentration on the production of C4 hydrocarbon.This allows us to construct the decision tree model,and determine the optimal case of the production of the C4 hydrocarbon.Furthermore,a more complete scheme is given to check the effect of different catalysts and temperatures on the production of the C4 hydrocarbon.The results show that the selectivity of C4 hydrocarbon reaches the peak when the HAP is used as the carrier,the ratio of Co/SiO_(2) and HAP is 1∶1,and the temperature is 325-400℃.The yield of C4 tends to be flat when the reaction time reaches 200 minutes.This model provides a reference for further increasing the production of C4 hydrocarbon.
