On the Cultural Construction in Hebei-Shandong Border Region and Bohai Military Area

摘　　要：中国共产党领导的冀鲁边区与渤海区在开展对敌军事斗争的同时,在新闻出版、文学艺术、教育等方面开展文化建设,并取得了一定的成绩。冀鲁边区—渤海区的文化建设,提高了边区干部与群众的文化水平与思想觉悟,鼓舞了边区军民的士气,是践行新民主主义文化建设的个案尝试,为渡过困难时期、争取抗日战争与解放战争的胜利发挥了积极作用;同时也存在着文化内涵建设不够系统等局限。The main task of Hebei-Shandong Border Region and Bohai Military Area led by Communist Party of China was to wage military struggle against the enemy.At the same time,it had carried on the cultural construction in the news propaganda,literature and art,Anti-Japanese War education and so on,and achieved certain results.The Cultural Construction in Hebei-Shandong Border Region and Bohai Military Area had improved the cultural level and ideological consciousness of the cadres and masses in the border area and boosted the morale of the army and people in the border region.It was a case study of the construction of new democratic culture and played a positive role in overcoming the difficult period and winning the war of resistance against Japan aggression and China’s War of Liberation.At the same time,it had some limitations such a s culture insufficient systematization.
