多专业融合高职工科专业复合型人才培养探索

摘　　要：随着科技进步、突破和创新的加速,多专业融合已经成为主要动力之一。新兴行业对高素质人才的迫切需求和不断增长的要求,给教育行业带来了更高的挑战。尤其是现阶段高职院校人才培养和行业需求难以匹配的情况下,探索出合适的人才培养路径显得尤为重要。因此,本文通过新时期职校教育体系的构建以及对人才培养模式的探索,提出了一种复合型人才培养的新思路,通过“厚基础、精专业”的人才培养模式,实现行业发展与个人发展的统一。With the acceleration of technological progress,breakthroughs,and innovation,interdisciplinary integration has become one of the main driving forces behind these developments.The urgent demand for highly qualified personnel in emerging industries and their ever-growing requirements have brought higher challenges to the education industry.Particularly,in the current situation where talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges does not match the needs of industry development,it is especially important to explore suitable paths for talent cultivation.Therefore,this paper proposes a new approach through the construction of a new vocational school education system in the new era and the exploration of talent cultivation modes,aimed at providing more and better compound talents for the industry and at the same time,exploring and practicing the mission of educating people in the education industry.
