摘  要:5G时代,基础创新产品是运营商开展价值经营的重点领域。为了全面提升创新产品管理水平,运营商组织开展了基础创新产品的分级分类管理研究。文章在通信增强、资源拓展、内容权益和智能终端四类单一类别分类标签基础上,提出了一种复合型分类标签法,并结合产品的市场需求、增长潜力、收入贡献、结算收益等因素对产品进行综合评定和级别划分。基础创新产品的分级分类管理研究按照客观、全面、科学的理念,能够真实有效反映出各产品发展水平,为重点产品体系有出有进、产品级别有升有降提供理论支撑。In the 5G era,basic innovative products are a key area for operators to carry out value management.In order to comprehensively improve the management level of innovative products,operators have organized research on the hierarchical and classified management of basic innovative products.This article proposes a composite classification label method based on four types of single category classification labels:communication enhancement,resource expansion,content rights,and intelligent terminals.The product is comprehensively evaluated and classified based on factors such as market demand,growth potential,revenue contribution,and settlement income.The research on the hierarchical classification and management of basic innovative products follows an objective,comprehensive,and scientific concept,which can truly and effectively reflect the development level of each product,providing theoretical support for the key product system's progress and product level's rise and fall.
