白糖和葡萄糖酸钠对C30超缓凝混凝土性能的影响研究

摘  要:为研究不同缓凝剂用量及不同比例搭配对混凝土性能的影响情况,结合工程实际应用,搜集当下市场最常用的缓凝剂白糖和葡萄糖酸钠,按照单掺及不同比例搭配进行试配,分析其对C30超缓凝混凝土性能的影响。研究结果显示,无论是白糖还是葡萄糖酸钠在适量的情况下都具有减水作用,但是用量过多时会出现抑制减水的情况。从凝结时间来上看,白糖缓凝效果强于葡萄糖酸钠。在凝结时间相近的情况下,两者对强度的影响不存在明显差异。在考虑外加剂与缓凝剂的经济性的情况下,建议超缓凝混凝土用缓凝剂配方可以采用0.1%掺量白糖+0.1%掺量葡萄糖酸钠进行复配。In order to study the impact of different dosage and proportion combinations of retarders on the performance of concrete,combined with practical engineering applications,the most commonly used retarders in the current market,white sugar and sodium gluconate,were collected for trial mixing according to single dosage and different proportion combinations,and their impact on the performance of C30 super retarder concrete was analyzed.The research results show that both white sugar and sodium gluconate have a water reducing effect in the appropriate amount,but excessive use can inhibit water reduction.From the perspective of setting time,the retarding effect of white sugar is stronger than that of sodium gluconate.When the setting time is similar,there is no significant difference in the impact of the two on strength.Considering the economic benefits of admixtures and retarders,it is recommended that the retarder formula for ultra slow setting concrete can be mixed with 0.1%white sugar and 0.1%sodium gluconate.
