摘 要:近年来,随着科技的飞速发展和各行各业的需求增加,机械数控加工的发展水平和工艺水平均有了显著的提升,尤其是在薄壁组合零件的数控加工方面。这类零件的制造需要更高的技术水平、更复杂的加工工艺、更高的精确度和更高的效率。为了满足这些需求,工程师们不断地研究和改良机械数控加工技术,从而更好地适应现代生产的需求。基于此,本文重点对机械加工中数控车加工薄壁组合零件的工艺特征和运行要点进行论述。In recent years,with the rapid development of technology and the increasing demand from various industries,the development level and process level of mechanical CNC machining have significantly improved,especially in the CNC machining of thin-walled composite parts.The manufacturing of such parts requires higher technological levels,more complex processing techniques,higher accuracy,and higher efficiency.In order to meet these needs,engineers continuously research and improve mechanical CNC machining technology,in order to better adapt to the needs of modern production.Based on this,this article focuses on discussing the process characteristics and operating points of CNC turning thin-walled composite parts in mechanical processing.
