摘 要:土地价格作为反映土地稀有度的关键指标,是管理土地市场、制定相关政策的重要依据,有助于科学化展开土地规划和开发。从招拍挂角度出发,需参考现行土地政策和管理方法,将多种土地估价方法融合运用,提高土地价格估算的精准度,实现针对性开发。以提高土地利用率为研究目标,重点阐述了招拍挂视角下土地估价技术的实践运用,并简单论述了招拍挂内容等,希望对相关工作有所帮助,能够选择最适合的土地估价方法。As a key indicator reflecting the scarcity of land,land price is an important basis for managing the land market and formulating relevant policies,which helps to scientifically carry out land planning and development.From the perspective of bidding,auction,and listing,it is necessary to refer to current land policies and management methods,integrate multiple land valuation methods,improve the accuracy of land price estimation,and achieve targeted development.The research goal is to improve land use efficiency,focusing on the practical application of land valuation technology from the perspective of bidding,auction,and listing.The content of bidding,auction,and listing is briefly discussed,hoping to be helpful for relevant work and to select the most suitable land valuation method.
