摘　　要：本文以某潜水排污泵为原型,展开高效无过载潜水排污泵的优化设计,具体的设计内容包括叶轮外径、叶轮出口宽度、叶片出口排挤系数、叶片数、叶片出口安放角等,并且通过验证试验,讨论了此次设计内容的可行性,以此来积累相应的设计经验,为后续研发活动的进行给予可靠依据。This article takes a certain submersible sewage pump as a prototype to carry out the optimization design of an efficient and overload free submersible sewage pump.The specific design content includes impeller outer diameter,impeller outlet width,blade outlet extrusion coefficient,blade number,blade outlet placement angle,etc.Through verification experiments,the feasibility of this design content is discussed,in order to accumulate corresponding design experience and provide a reliable basis for subsequent research and development activities.
