摘  要:近年以来,随着风电高塔建设的逐步增多,风电动臂塔机的抗风能力强、起升高度大、起重量大的优势也更加明显。风电动臂式塔机主要由基础、塔身、起重臂、回转、顶升、变幅等部分组成,如何做好塔机的顶升作业,已成为塔机安拆施工的关键环节,以180t风电动臂式塔机为例,进行顶升作业的技术研究,以供读者借鉴。In recent years,with the gradual increase of wind power tower construction,the advantages of strong wind resistance,large lifting height,and large lifting weight of wind electric boom tower cranes have become more obvious.The wind electric arm tower crane is mainly composed of the foundation,tower body,lifting arm,rotation,lifting,and variable amplitude parts.How to do a good job in the lifting operation of the tower crane has become a key link in the installation and dismantling construction of the tower crane.This article takes the 180t wind electric arm tower crane as an example to conduct technical research on the lifting operation,for readers to learn from.
