摘　　要：目的:研究制定腔内灌注泵质量检测方法,为其性能参数评价提供技术参考。方法:调研腔内灌注泵设备现状、质量控制规范及主要指标参数,设计基于外观及功能检查、主要流量压力和流量参数的腔内灌注泵质量检测方案,对医院临床在用的3台不同品牌的腔内灌注泵(品牌1、品牌2和品牌3)进行质量检测方案实测数据评估。结果:医院在用的3个品牌腔内灌注泵检测流量示值误差和示值重复性均满足厂家说明书要求,最大允许误差≤10%;压力参数检测时,品牌3出现压力示值误差超差。结论:设计的腔内灌注泵质量检测方案及应用,能够为腔内灌注泵质量检测提供技术参考,确保该类设备的量值准确与有效,有利于提升设备质量。Objective:To research and formulate quality inspection methods for intracavity perfusion pumps and to provide technical reference for its performance parameter evaluation.Methods:The current status,quality control specifications and main indicator parameters of intracavity infusion pump equipmentwere investigated,and a quality inspection plan for intracavity infusion pumps based on appearance and functional inspection,main flow pressure and flow parameters was designed.The measured data of the quality inspection plan for each of the intracavity infusion pumps of Brand 1,Brand 2 and Brand 3 in clinical use in the hospital was evaluated.Results:The error and repeatability of flow indication values of the three brands of intracavitary infusion pumps in the hospital met the requirements of the manufacturer's instructions,and the maximum allowable errors were≤10%of the readings.During pressure parameter inspection,the pressure indication error of brand 3 was out of tolerance.Conclusion:The designed quality inspection plan and application of the intracavity perfusion pump can provide technical reference for the quality inspection of the intracavity perfusion pump,ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of the quantity value of this type of equipment,and is conducive to improving the quality of the equipment.
