摘 要:目的:构建内科急诊设备临床效益多维评估体系,探讨其在内科急诊设备临床效益评估中的应用价值。方法:通过文献检索和分析,初步确定内科急诊设备临床效益评估指标框架,咨询临床专家意见并汇总,确定内科急诊设备临床效益评估多维评估体系的具体指标,利用层次分析法(AHP)获取不同指标权重,实现内科急诊设备临床效益的精准评估。选取医院临床在用的263台医疗设备,将使用传统的基于数据包络分析评估体系与多维评估体系评估的设备临床效益与设备实际临床效益进行对比,比较不同评估体系的设备开机率、成本效益增幅、社会效益增幅和设备维修管理支出增幅,验证多维评估体系的实际应用可靠性。结果:多维评估体系评估的设备成本效益增幅、社会效益增幅、开机率和设备维修管理支出增幅分别为(4.02±1.10)%、(4.47±1.08)%、(91.56±2.58)%和(1.25±1.00)%,与实际结果高度相似,差异无统计学意义(t=0.785,t=0.652,t=0.363,t=0.434;P>0.05)。结论:内科急诊设备临床效益多维评估体系从不同维度对内科急诊设备进行量化分析,能够精准评估设备临床效益,评估结果更加贴近实际情况,可以帮助医院优化设备管理,为医院制定相关管理政策提供依据。Objective:To construct a multidimensional evaluation system for the clinical benefit of medical emergency equipment and explore its application value in the evaluation of clinical benefit of medical emergency equipment.Methods:Through literature search and analysis,the clinical benefit evaluation index framework of medical emergency equipment was established initially,the specific indicators of the multi-dimensional evaluation system of the clinical benefit of the medical emergency equipment were determined by consulting and summarizing the clinical expert opinions to achieve the accurate evaluation of the clinical benefit of the medical emergency equipment.263 medical equipment in clinical use in the hospital were selected,and the clinical benefit of the equipment evaluated using the traditional data envelopment analysis-based evaluation system and the multidimensional evaluation system was compared with the actual clinical benefit of the equipment.The equipment operating rate,cost-benefit increase,social benefit increase,and equipment maintenance management expenditure increase of different evaluation systems were compared to verify the practical application reliability of the multidimensional evaluation system.Results:The equipment cost-benefit increase,social-benefit increase,operating rate and equipment maintenance management expenditure increase evaluated by the multi-dimensional evaluation system were(4.02±1.10)%,(4.47±1.08)%,and(91.56±2.58)%and(1.25±1.00)%,respectively,which were highly similar to the actual results,the difference was not statistically significant(t=0.785,t=0.652,t=0.363,t=0.434;P>0.05).Conclusion:The multi-dimensional evaluation system for the clinical benefit of medical emergency equipment can quantitatively analyze the medical emergency equipment from different dimensions,accurately evaluate the clinical benefit of equipment,and the evaluation results are more closely match the actual conditions.It can help hospitals optimize equipment management and provide a basis for hospitals t
