摘　　要：输液泵是能够精确控制输液流速,保证药物速度均匀、药量准确并且安全进入患者体内的仪器,是临床中常用的医疗器械,其警报管理已经成为不可忽视的管理内容。基于美国紧急医疗研究所(ECRI)指南中警报生命周期的概念,分析输液泵警报管理中存在的问题,论述警报产生、警报传送、警报识别、警报应答的管理方法和应用效果,提出改进策略,为输液泵警报管理提供思路。Infusion pump is a common medical device in clinic,which can precisely control the flow velocity of infusion,and can ensure the entrance of the medicine as uniform speed,and accuracy and safe dosage.Therefore,the alarm management of that has become a problem that cannot be ignored.Based on the concept of alarm life cycle in the guidelines of the Emergency Care Research Institute of America,this paper analyzed the existing problems in the alarm management of infusion pump,and discussed the management methods and application effects of alarm generation,alarm transmission,alarm recognition and alarm response,and put forward improved strategies,which can provide ideas for the alarm management of infusion pump.
