摘  要:医用直线加速器从结构上分为微波系统、脉冲调制器、加速管、辐射及控制系统等,并按加速方式不同分为行波加速器和驻波加速器。医用直线加速器在故障处理过程中,通过结构功能和故障现象间的关联性,有利于故障原因的排查和分析。多叶准直器(MLC)、射线输出和温度控制是医用直线加速器的常见故障内容,通过分析医用直线加速器的结构原理,探讨其常见故障的维修策略,分别从结构硬件故障、软件系统问题等角度确定故障源,制定故障排查方法,使故障得以解决。医学工程技术保障人员应熟悉设备结构原理,做好预防维修管理,设备使用操作人员也应加强日常维护,以提升医用直线加速器的临床运行质量。Medical linear accelerators are structurally divided into microwave systems,pulse modulators,accelerating tubes,radiation and control systems,etc.,and can be divided into traveling wave accelerators and standing wave accelerators according to different acceleration modes.In the process of fault treatment,the correlation between structural functions and fault symptoms is conducive to the investigation and analysis of the cause of the fault.Faults in multi-leaf collimator(MLC),beam output and temperature control are common in medical linear accelerators.By analyzing the structural principles of medical linear accelerators,the maintenance strategy of the common fault was discussed.The fault sources were determined from the perspectives of structural hardware faults and software system problems.Troubleshooting methods were formulated to solve the faults.Medical engineering technical support personnel should be familiar with the principle of equipment structure and carry out preventive maintenance management.Equipment operators should strengthen daily maintenance to improve the clinical operation quality of medical linear accelerators.
