摘　　要：压力蒸汽灭菌器是医疗器材灭菌的常用设备,已广泛应用于各级医院消毒供应中心,该类设备技术成熟、质量稳定、运行周期长。医院在用HS6620型灭菌器投入使用>10年,通过了解该设备基本机构、维修情况和长期使用的灭菌器维护方法,分别对3例复杂故障案例进行总结分析,提出维修后质量控制检测方案,以提高医工人员对长期使用灭菌器的管理水平。Pressure steam sterilizer is a common equipment for sterilization of medical instruments,which is widely used in central sterile supply department of hospitals.This type of sterilizer has advantages of mature technology,stable quality and long service period.HS6620 sterilizer has been in clinical use in the hospital for over 10 years.By understanding the basic structure,maintenance conditions and long-term service maintenance methods of HS6620 sterilizer,three complex fault cases were summarized and analyzed,and the quality control detection contents after maintenance were listed to improve the management level of medical engineers on the sterilizer with long service period.
