摘　　要：为解决PROTOS-M5型卷烟机的盘纸纠偏装置发生故障后设备无法启动问题,在不改变该装置原有设计结构的情况下,逐一探讨可能引发该装置故障的原因。利用排除法确定了主要原因:①导向辊调整位置不正确;②传感器B10S放大器设置不正确。以PROTOS-M5卷接机生产的“泰山(红将军)”牌卷烟为对象测试结果表明:正确调整后盘纸运行平稳,盘纸纠偏装置故障次数由6次/班次,降低到0.278次/班次,设备有效作业率由80.23%提高到93.48%。The equipment may not start after the failure of the paper deviation correcting device of PROTOS-M5 cigarette maker.To this edn,the possible causes of the failure of the device were discussed one by one without changing the original design structure of the device.Major causes were determined by means of exclusion method,including:①incorrect adjustment position of the guide roll;②incorrect set of the sensor B10S amplifier.“Taishan(Hongjiangjun)”brand cigarette manufactured by PROTOS-M5 cigarette maker was tested.The results indicate that after correct adjustment,the paper run smoothly,and the failure frequency was reduced from 6 times/shift to 0.278 times/shift,with the effective operation rate increasing from 80.23%to 93.48%.
