摘　　要：本文基于2007—2019年27万条微观土地交易数据,分析了中国工业用地出让结构的空间特征及其演变。基于分省份分行业的用地特征分析发现,2015年以后地区之间用地结构趋同度显著下降,而用地专业化程度上升;各省份之间用地结构的地理空间相关性较低,而经济空间相关性较高,表明经济水平相近省份之间的用地结构显著相关;土地价格差异的计算表明,由经济因素驱动的工业用地“内卷”现象仍然存在。本研究有利于甄别地区之间工业用地市场化配置的改善空间,对优化工业用地空间配置,建设现代化产业体系,推动建设国内统一要素市场具有一定启示。Based on 270000entries of the micro land transaction data from 2007to 2019,this article analyzes the spatial pattern and temporal evolution of industrial land supply in China.This study finds that based on the analysis of the land use features by province and industry,the degree of convergence of land use structure among regions has decreased significantly and the degree of land specialization has increased since 2015.The geographical spatial correlation of land use structures among provinces is low,the economic spatial correlation is high,and the land use structures among provinces with similar economic levels are significantly correlated.The calculation of land price difference shows that the phenomenon of“Involution”of industrial land driven by economic factors still exists.These findings are helpful to identify the improvement for the market-oriented allocation of industrial land among regions in China and are of great significance for optimizing the spatial allocation of industrial land,promoting the construction of a high standard market system,and unifying the domestic market.
