摘  要:以都江堰灌区“十四五”续建配套与现代化改造井研白井干渠项目一标段水井湾隧洞为例,针对小断面水利隧洞高瓦斯段施工控制问题,结合该区域的瓦斯地质条件,分析了施工中存在的重难点及相应的施工控制措施和应用效果。结果表明,小断面水利隧洞高瓦斯段施工难度比较大,安全要求高。采用自动监测与人工监测相结合的方式加强隧洞瓦斯监控,通过“一作业面一风机一管道”配置轴流风机压入式通风,并在瓦斯段每隔1000 m设置一处通风竖井的施工方法,可确保隧洞工区的瓦斯浓度快速达到安全范围要求,进而保证施工的安全性,确保施工人员能够安全、高效、有序地完成施工任务,可为类似工程施工提供借鉴。In view of the construction control in high gas section of small section water tunnel,combined with the gas geological conditions in the area,the important and difficult points in construction,the corresponding construction control measures and application effects are analyzed,based on the actual situation of No.1 section of Shuijingwan tunnel of Baijing Main Canal Project,the“14th Five-Year Plan”extension and modernization project in Jingyan County in Dujiangyan Irrigation Area.The results show that the construction in high gas section of small section water tunnel is difficult and the safety requirement is high.The combination of automatic monitoring and manual monitoring is adopted to strengthen the gas monitoring in tunnel.The method of axial fan pressure ventilation is installed according to the rule of“one fan and one pipe on one working surface”,and a ventilation shaft is set up every 1000 m in the gas section,which can effectively ensure the gas concentration in the working area of the tunnel to meet the requirements of the safety range quickly.Thus,the safety of construction is ensured,and the construction personnel can complete the construction task safely,efficiently and orderly,providing corresponding reference similar projects.
