摘　　要：习近平外交思想是中国面对百年变局加速演进进行外交实践的强大思想武器,具有重大的指导意义。它为纷繁复杂的世界注入了清新的中国智慧,对世界的和平与发展作出了前瞻性的布局。习近平外交思想是马克思主义国际关系理论的新发展,是马克思主义中国化、时代化的最新成果,为世界提供了独特的中国方案,体现了社会主义中国的责任担当。From the perspective of the world history and the international system,this article holds that Xi Jinping Thought on Diplomacy in the new era is a powerful thought for China's diplomatic practice in the face of a great change in the world in the past century.It is of great guiding significance to China's diplomacy.It has not only made a forward-looking layout and plan for world peace and development,but also injected fresh and unique Chinese solutions and wisdom into the complex world.By absorbing the essence of Marxist theory of international relations and being well adapted to China and the times,it has become an important part of Marxism,and made pioneering contributions to world peace and development in the new era.With the profound spirit and grand pattern of the 5,oo0-year long Chinese civilization,it also demonstrates the responsibility of socialist China and a major developing country.
