摘　　要：构建思想政治工作大格局是新时代加强和改进思想政治工作的鲜明特征,体现党中央在把方向、管大局、做决策时主体力量的发挥。新时代思想政治工作者大格局思维是新时代思想政治工作内外环境、基本规律、运行规则在思想政治工作者思维过程中的能动反映,是将思想政治工作大格局理想样态、价值意蕴和实践要求内化与外化,并形成理论认知、价值认同和实践自觉的一种自觉开展思想政治工作的精神状态与思想力量。大格局思维大在视野、情怀和自觉。培育思想政治工作者大格局思维,响应了大格局人才的时代呼唤、顺应了打破思维定势的历史要求和回应了多元社会思潮的现实挑战。要从锤炼大本领、涵养大胸怀、磨砺大担当和盘活大设计上探索路径。Constructing a big picture for ideological and political work is a distinctive feature of strengthening and improving ideological and political work in the new era,reflecting the role of the Party Central Committee in setting the direction,managing the overall situation,and making decisions.The big picture thinking of ideological and political workers in the new era is an active reflection of the internal and external environment,basic laws,and operating rules of ideological and political work in the thinking process of ideological and political workers.It is a spiritual state and intellectual force for consciously carrying out ideological and political work by internalizing and externalizing the ideal state,value implication,and practical requirements of the big picture of ideological and political work,forming theoretical cognition,value identification,and practical consciousness.Big picture thinking is significant in vision,sentiment,and consciousness.Cultivating big picture thinking among ideological and political workers responds to the call of the times for big picture talents,conforms to the historical requirement to break through thinking stereotypes,and responds to the real challenges of diverse social thoughts.The path should be explored from honing great skills,cultivating great minds,tempering great responsibilities,and activating great designs.
