摘　　要：上海探索倡导的“新三同”理念,推动了高校思想政治教育工作从传统“同吃、同住、同学习”实体功能向“同场域、同频率、同成长”虚实融合功能的转向,为“一站式”学生社区建设提供了重要牵引。“新三同”视域下的高校学生社区,作为大学生思想政治教育的重要载体,在“同场域”下的阵地优势、管理模式和联动机制,“同频率”下的师生关系、课堂联系和系统活性,“同成长”下的育人队伍、学生地位和专业发展等维度尚存一些现实挑战。推动“新三同”理念在高校学生社区落地生根,加速社区建设立体升级,促进育人生态全面优化,引领师生共同体双向赋能,能够有效回应“围绕学生、关照学生、服务学生”的工作要求。Shanghai has explored and advocated the concept of the"New Three Together",which has promoted the shift of ideological and political education in colleges and universities from the traditional physical function of"eating together,living together,and learning together"function to virtue and real integration function of"same field,the same frequency,and the same growth"function,and provides important traction for building a"onestop"student community.As an important carrier of ideological and political education for college students,students communities in colleges and universities under the perspective of the"New Three Together"still faces some practical challenges in the dimensions of"the same field"in terms of position advantage,management mode,linkage mechanism,"the same frequency"in terms of teacher-student relationship,classroom linkage,systematic activity,"the same growth"in terms of nurturing team,student status and professional development.Promoting the concept of"New Three Together"to take root in college students'communities,accelerating the three-dimensional upgrading of community construction,promoting the overall optimization of the nurturing ecology,and leading the two-way empowerment of the community of teachers and students,can effectively respond to the nurturing mission of"focusing on the students,caring for the students,and serving the students".
