摘 要:以江苏某燃煤电厂的脱硫废水旋转喷雾蒸发设备为研究对象,对液滴蒸发效果的影响因素开展数值模拟研究。通过用户自定义函数(UDF)的方法将反应工程法(REA)编译到Fluent DPM模型中,完善废水液滴蒸发过程的传热和传质数学模型;研究烟气分布器导流板偏转角度、雾化盘旋转方向等对液滴蒸发效果的影响。研究结果表明:REA-DPM模型能够准确地描述废水液滴的蒸发过程,与电厂现场测试结果的相对误差在5%以内,说明模型的可靠性较好;增大外导流板偏转角度,有利于增强烟气旋流强度,缩短液滴竖直蒸发距离,实现更好的液滴蒸发效果;液滴射流方向与烟气旋流方向相反时,液滴运动要克服烟气旋流,有利于避免液滴碰壁的发生,并且逆向流动的对流换热作用更强,能促进液滴的蒸发。Taking the rotary spray evaporation equipment of a coal-fired power plant in Jiangsu as the research object,the numerical simulation research on the influencing factors of droplet evaporation effect was carried out.The reaction engineering approach(REA)was compiled into the Fluent DPM model by user-defined function(UDF)to modify the mathematical model of heat and mass transfer.The effects of deflectors angle of the flue gas distributor and the rotation direction of the atomization disk were studied.The results show that the REA-DPM model can accurately describe the evaporation of droplets,and the relative error is within 5%,indicating that the model is reliable.Increasing the deflection angle of the outer deflector is conducive to enhancing the intensity of the flue gas cyclone,shortening the vertical evaporation distance of the droplet,and achieving better droplet evaporation effect.When the direction of the droplet jet is opposite to flue gas cyclone,the droplet movement needs to overcome the flue gas cyclone.It is conducive to avoiding the droplet sticking the wall,and the convective heat transfer effect of the reverse flow is stronger,which can promote the evaporation of the desulfurization wastewater droplet.
