摘  要:为提升浅层地热能地下换热器的换热效率,设计螺旋管式、蛇形管式和直管式3种水循环热平衡地埋管强化换热结构,并以螺旋式水循环强化结构为例研究水循环系统参数(螺旋管内径、螺旋半径、螺旋节距和水循环流速)、运行模式、负荷以及土壤性质对系统换热性能的影响。研究结果表明:相较于初始地埋管换热器,螺旋管式、蛇形管式和直管式水循环热平衡地埋管换热器的制冷性能分别提升28.3%、25.3%和10.7%,制热性能分别提升27.3%、21.8%和10.9%,且运行稳定性更好;水循环系统螺旋管内径对系统换热影响较小,系统换热量随螺旋半径增大而增大,随节距增大而减小;间歇运行能有效提高水循环热平衡地埋管的强化换热效果;高负荷情况下所设计强化结构的换热效果更好,具有较好的经济性;土壤性质对系统的换热性能影响较大,土壤导热系数越大的系统强化换热效果越好。To improve the heat transfer efficiency of underground heat exchanger for shallow geothermal energy,three kinds of water circulation heat balance buried tube intensified heat exchange structure(spiral pipe,snake pipe and straight pipe)were designed.The effect of water circulation system parameters(spiral tube inner diameter,spiral radius,spiral pitch and water circulation velocity),operating mode,load and soil properties on the system heat exchange performance were studied for spiral tube water circulation strengthening structure.The results show that the cooling performance of intensified heat exchange system with spiral tube,snake tube and straight tube has respectively increased by 28.3%,25.3%and 10.7%compared with the initial tube heat exchanger,and the heating performance has respectively increased by 27.3%,21.8%and 10.9%,and the stabilities are better.The inner diameter of spiral tube in the water circulation system has little influence on the system heat transfer.The system heat transfer increases with the increase of screw radius and decreases with the increase of pitch.Intermittent operation can effectively improve the enhanced heat transfer effect of water circulation heat balance buried tube.The designed strengthened structure has better heat exchange effect and better economy under high load.The soil properties have a great influence on the heat transfer performance of the system.The higher the soil thermal conductivity is,the better the intensified heat exchange effect is.
