摘　　要：疾病与贫困结局、负担之间的负向叠加与循环已成为触发中国现有贫困发生的核心驱动因素,并构成健康贫困的本质特征因素。与经济、文化贫困相比,健康贫困已成为脱贫攻坚的关键掣肘,是中国后减贫时代成果维系的重要风险和挑战。本文瞄准健康贫困概念、理论、形成机制的研究空白,创新性将健康贫困嵌入在疾病、经济、文化与教育、制度与环境的多维耦合视域下,基于文献计量与专家定性访谈锁定健康贫困的特征要素,界定并阐释多维健康贫困的概念内涵;探索性构建了基于健康能力-权利-风险三维视角的健康贫困三角理论模型,深度解构健康能力、健康权利与健康风险在健康贫困产生、扩散与固化、消除全链条过程中的作用机制与解释框架。The negative overlap and cycle between disease and poverty outcomes and burdens have become a core driver of existing poverty in China,and constitute an essential characteristic factor of health poverty.Compared to economic and cultural poverty,health poverty has become a key constraint in the fight against poverty,and an important risk and challenge in sustaining China′s achievements in the post-poverty reduction era.With bibliometrics method,qualitative expert interview and using social network analysis,we define and explain the connotation and characteristics of multidimensional health poverty from multiple perspectives of disease,economy,culture and education,and governance system;we also try to construct a theoretical model of health poverty involving three dimensions:health capacity,health right,and health risk and deconstruct the action mechanisms of the three aspects in the occurrence,expansion,continuation,and elimination of health poverty.
