清肺宁络汤联合西药治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效及对血气分析指标的影响

摘　　要：目的分析清肺宁络汤联合西药治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床疗效及对血气分析指标的影响。方法抽取2020年10月至2022年12月于河南省第二人民医院接受治疗的125例支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(62例)与研究组(63例)。对照组采用常规西药治疗,研究组在对照组的治疗基础上联合清肺宁络汤治疗。比较两组患儿临床治疗效果;比较两组治疗前后中医证候积分及血气分析指标[动脉二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))及血氧饱和度(SaO_(2))]水平。结果研究组总有效率(95.24%,60/63)高于对照组(79.03%,49/62),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.30,P=0.012)。治疗后,研究组中医证候总积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组PaCO_(2)低于对照组,而PaO_(2)、SaO_(2)高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论清肺宁络汤联合西药治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床效果更佳,能够有效改善中医证候积分和动脉血气分析指标水平。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Qingfei Ningluo decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia and its influence on blood gas analysis indicators.Methods A total of 125 children with Mycoplasma pneumonia treated in Henan Second Provincial People’s Hospital from October 2020 to December 2022 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group(62 cases)and study group(63 cases)by random number table method.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the study group was treated with Qingfei Ningluo decoction based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical treatment effect of the two groups were compared.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and blood gas analysis indexes,including partial pressure of carbon dioxide in arterial blood(PaCO_(2)),arterial partial pressure of oxygen(PaO_(2))and oxygen saturation(SaO_(2)),were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of the study group(95.24%,60/63)was higher than that of the control group(79.03%,49/62),and the difference was significant(χ^(2)=6.30,P=0.012).The total score of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PaCO_(2)in the study group was lower than that in the control group,while PaO_(2)and SaO_(2)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Qingfei Ningluo decoction combined with western medicine has a more significant clinical effect in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia,which can effectively improve the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and arterial blood gas analysis indexes.
