摘　　要：针对进口三水铝石型铝土矿低温溶出的生产特性,分析了影响叶滤机产能的主要因素,并结合生产实践,通过降低粗液浮游物和粘度,适当控制石灰活性度并加精液活化,采用中等浓度液碱碱洗滤布,优化滤布选型及运行周期等措施,使叶滤机产能达到了设计要求,满足氧化铝生产满产稳产要求。Based on the production characteristics of the imported gibbsite type bauxite during the low-temperature digestion,the main factors affecting the capacity of the leaf filter are analyzed.Combined with the production practice,measures have been taken to ensure that the capacity of the leaf filter could meet the design requirements and satisfy the demand for full and stable production of alumina,by reducing the suspended matter and viscosity in the pregnant liquor,appropriately controlling the lime activity and increasing the green liquor activation,using medium-concentration caustic liquor to wash the filter cloth,optimizing the filter cloth selection and operation cycle.
