摘  要:本文研究了添加Na_(2)O的Al_(2)O_(3)在NaF-AlF_(3)低温电解质中的溶解速度。通过氧分析仪对电解质中不同时间段的氧化铝浓度进行测定,经过计算获得电解质中氧化铝的溶解速度。研究结果表明:在NaF-AlF_(3)低温电解质体系中,在氧化铝中加入Na_(2)O可以显著提高氧化铝在电解质中的平均溶解速度,氧化铝中Na_(2)O含量越高,平均溶解速度越快。当熔盐温度升高时,NaF-AlF_(3)中氧化铝溶解速度逐渐加快。氧化铝平均溶解速率取决于实验0~5 min时间段内电解质中氧化铝溶解量。The dissolution rate of Al_(2)O_(3)with Na_(2)O in NaF-AlF_(3)low-temperature electrolyte was studied in this paper.The concentration of alumina in the electrolyte at different time was measured by oxygen analyzer,based on which the dissolution rate of alumina in the electrolyte was calculated.The study results show that in the NaF-AlF_(3)low-temperature electrolyte system,the average dissolution rate of alumina in the low-temperature electrolyte can be significantly improved by adding Na_(2)O into alumina.Higher content of Na_(2)O in alumina would result in faster average dissolution rate.When the temperature of molten salt rises,the dissolution rate of alumina in NaF-AlF_(3)increases gradually.The average dissolution rate of alumina depends on the amount of alumina dissolved in the electrolyte during 0~5 minute of the experiment.
