摘  要:本文对比了高石墨质阴极炭块与全石墨化阴极炭块的电阻率、热导率和钠膨胀率等理化性能,介绍了某铝厂500 kA全石墨化阴极电解槽的开发应用和生产实践,在阴极组和内衬设计过程中提出针对性优化措施,降低阴极压降和铝液水平电流,解决全石墨化阴极散热大的问题,并在工艺生产上提出以炉膛为中心的优化管理思路。长期的生产运行跟踪发现,全石墨化阴极电解槽在高效、稳定运行和节能降耗方面表现出明显优势,对新建或大修电解槽阴极炭块的选择和生产管理具有一定的参考意义。In this paper,the physical and chemical properties of high-graphitic cathode carbon blocks and graphitized cathode carbon blocks were compared and analyzed,such as resistivity,thermal conductivity and sodium expansion rate,etc.The development,application and production practice of 500 kA graphitized cathode reduction cell in an aluminum plant were introduced.In the design process of cathode assembly and lining,specific optimization measures were proposed to reduce the cathode voltage drop and horizontal current in liquid aluminum,as well as solve the problem of large heat dissipation from graphitized cathode.The optimal management concept with focus on the cell cavity was put forward in the production process.The long-term production and operation shows that the graphitized cathode reduction cell has obvious advantages in high efficiency,stable operation,energy saving and consumption reduction,which has certain reference value for the selection and production management of cathode carbon block in new or relined aluminum reduction cells.
