摘  要:采用预制合成渣,配合添加剂,使用吹氧精炼的方法,在实验室对高铁、高钛工业硅进行了熔融精炼除杂实验。获取了精炼过程的不同时间的渣样及硅样,使用ICP-MS检测了精炼硅样中主要杂质含量,使用SEM-EDS检测了硅-渣界面形貌、成分特点及渣中可能出现的含铁相。实验结果表明:精炼后工业硅中的铁和钛得到了有效去除。精炼中,硅液内生成了富铁、富钛的杂质相,该杂质相在硅-渣界面与液渣润湿、氧化,随后溶解、迁移进入渣相,并在终渣中检测到了具有复杂成分的含铁相。本文实验条件下,经过15 min的精炼,硅液中的铝、钙、铁、钛含量分别降低了92.4、65.8、50.2和43.5 wt.%。In this study,a synthetic slag and appropriate additive were used for impurity removal test from a high-Fe and high-Ti silicon melts using oxygen injection refinement in laboratory.Silicon and slag samples at different time during the refining process were acquired.ICP-MS was used to measure the content of main impurities in refined silicon samples;SEM-EDS was used to inspect the morphology of silicon-slag interfaces,their compositional characteristics and possible Fe-bearing phases in the final slag.The experimental results indicate that after the refinement,Fe and Ti in the metallurgical-grade silicon were removed effectively.During the refining process,Fe and Ti-concentrated phases were formed in liquid silicon,then wetted with liquid slag at silicon-slag interfaces,oxidized and transferred into slag.Fe-bearing phases with complex compositions were also detected in the final slag.In this study,after 15 min of refining,the removal rate of Al from the silicon was 92.4 wt.%;for Ca was 65.8 wt.%;for Fe was 50.2 wt.%;for Ti was 43.5 wt.%.
