摘  要:机械炉排垃圾焚烧余热锅炉投运初期(6个月内)主汽温度变化幅度较大,故从两方面对此问题进行了分析:通过与燃煤锅炉进行对比发现余热锅炉的过热器整体传热温压较小;通过余热锅炉投运5 d与投运6个月的热力计算数据对比,发现过热器传热温压变化是过热器吸热量变化的主要影响因素。分析得出,垃圾焚烧余热锅炉过热器入口烟温变化幅度大是过热器吸热量变化幅度大的主要影响因素。运行数据显示,投运初期过热器入口烟温提高100℃以上,过热器整体吸热量增加60%以上,主汽温度提高65℃以上。最后,对减小过热器入口烟温的变化幅度及保障过热器安全运行提出可行性建议。The main steam temperature of the mechanical grate waste incinerator varied greatly during the initial period of operation(within 6 months).And the problem was analyzed from two aspects:by comparing with coal-fired boiler,it was found that the overall heat transfer temperature-pressure of superheater of waste heat boiler was smaller;and through the comparison of thermal calculation data of waste heat boiler in operation for 5 days and 6 months,it was found that the change of the heat transfer temperature-pressure of superheater was the main influencing factor of heat absorption of superheater.It was concluded that the large change range of the flue gas temperature at superheater inlet of waste heat boiler was the main influencing factor of the large change of heat transfer from superheater.The operation data showed that the inlet flue gas temperature of superheater during the initial period of operation could be increased by more than 100℃,the overall heat absorption of superheater increased by more than 60%,and the main steam temperature increased by more than 65℃.Finally,the feasible suggestions to reduce the change range of superheater inlet flue gas temperature and ensure the safe operation of superheater were put forward.
