不同氮肥水平对不育系HD2086s开花习性及制种产量的影响

摘　　要：为了探讨氮肥对杂交水稻开花习性和制种产量的影响,以不育系HD2086s为试验对象,研究在不同氮肥水平下其开花动态、异交结实率和制种产量的差异.在5个不同的氮肥水平下,调查HD2086s的开花习性,并统计其柱头外露率、异交结实率和制种产量.试验结果表明,氮肥为270 kg/hm~2时有助于提升不育系HD2086s的异交结实率、制种产量和与父本花期花时相遇的程度.In order to investigate the effects of nitrogen fertilizer on flowering habit and seed yield of hybrid rice,we used the sterile line HD2086s as the experimental object to study the differences in flowering dynamics,hetero crossed fruiting rate and seed production yield under different nitrogen fertilizer levels.Under five different nitrogen fertilizer levels,we investigated the flowering habits of HD2086s,and calculated the stigma exposure rate,outcrossing setting rate and seed production yield.The experimental results showed that nitrogen fertilizer of 270 kg/hm 2 was helpful to improve the hetero crossed fruiting rate,seed production yield and flowering degree of the sterile line HD2086s.
