摘  要:为获得亲水性的膜材料,以聚砜(PSF)、聚丙烯腈(PAN)为主要原料,通过浸没沉淀相转化法制备了共混超滤膜,并利用NaOH溶液对超滤膜进行碱性水解改性。研究了共混与水解改性后超滤膜的表面基团和微观形貌的变化,并分析了NaOH溶液浓度对改性超滤膜性能的影响。结果表明:PAN的掺入对PSF超滤膜的水通量和孔隙率均有一定提高,并增加了表面亲水性,但超滤膜的截留率有所降低。水解改性后超滤膜的亲水性进一步提升,当NaOH溶液浓度为5%时,超滤膜的水接触角降至33.33°。此外,随着碱液浓度的增加,水解改性超滤膜的水通量与截留率均呈先上升后下降的趋势,具有正相关性。NaOH溶液浓度为3%时,超滤膜水通量最高为560.2 L/(m2·h)。文章为超滤膜的应用方式提供了新的思路。In order to obtain hydrophilic membrane,polysulfone(PSF)and polyacrylonitrile(PAN)were used as main raw material,by immersion precipitation phase inversion method,to prepare blended ultrafiltration membrane,which was further modified under alkaline hydrolysis with NaOH solution.The changes of surface groups and morphology of ultrafiltration membrane after blending and hydrolysis modification were studied.The effects of NaOH solution concentrations on the performance of the modified ultrafiltration membrane were investigated.The results show that the incorporation of PAN can improve the water flux and porosity of the ultrafiltration membrane and increase the surface hydrophilicity,but decrease the rejection rate.After hydrolysis,the hydrophilicity of ultrafiltration membrane is significantly improved.When the concentration of NaOH solution is 5%,the water contact angle of the membrane decreases to 33.33°.In addition,with the increase of the concentration of NaOH solution,the water flux and rejection rate of the hydrolytic ultrafiltration membrane increase at first and then decrease,which contain a positive correlation to a certain extent.When the concentration of NaOH solution is 3%,the maximum water flux is 560.2 L/(m2·h).The article provides a new idea for the application of ultrafiltration membrane.
