摘  要:为了提高无规共聚聚丙烯的加工性能,在实际生产过程中需要添加分散剂、抗氧剂和卤素吸收剂等加工助剂。文章设计四因素三水平的正交试验,考察了抗氧剂1010、抗氧剂168,硬脂酸钙和硬脂酸锌等助剂对无规共聚聚丙烯的氧化诱导期的影响;基于助剂的最佳加入量制备无规共聚透明专用料PPR,并将无规共聚透明专用料PPR与市售通用料PPR-1产品的结构与性能进行对比分析。结果表明:两种产品的结晶中主要晶型均为α晶型,均含有少量的聚乙烯晶体,分子量分布相差不大,PPR的数均分子量和重均分子量相对偏小。两种产品所用助剂种类不同,结晶温度和熔点相近,PPR的结晶度低于PPR-1。In order to improve the processing performance of random copolymer polypropylene,processing aids such as dispersants,antioxidants and halogen absorbers need to be added in the actual production process.The effects of antioxidant 1010,antioxidant 168,calcium stearate and zinc stearate on the oxidation induction period of random copolymer polypropylene were investigated by orthogonal test of four factors and three levels.Based on the optimum amount of additives,the random copolymer transparent special material PPR was prepared,and the structure and properties of the random copolymer transparent special material PPR and the commercially available general material PPR-1 were compared and analyzed.The results show that the main crystal form of the two products isαcrystal form,and both contain a small amount of polyethylene crystals.The molecular weight distribution is not much different,and the number average molecular weight and weight average molecular weight of PPR are relatively small.The types of additives used in the two products are different,the crystallization temperature and melting point are similar,and the crystallinity of PPR is lower than PPR-1.
