摘　　要：通过熔融纺丝制备高性能聚醚醚酮(PEEK)纤维,通过优选工艺条件确定螺杆工艺、纺丝组件、纺丝温度、热甬道温度、纺丝速度、牵伸倍数、牵伸温度、牵伸速率等参数,对纤维的线密度及拉伸性能进行测试。结果表明:确定纺丝组件配备为36 f单组分喷丝板、50目/180目/250目/180目/50目五层过滤网以及10目金属过滤砂。当PEEK螺杆挤出机各区温度为350、370、390、400、400、400、400℃,纺丝温度为415℃,热甬道温度为300℃,纺丝速度为200 m/min,牵伸倍数为3.0倍,牵伸温度为200℃,牵伸速率为200 cm/min时,PEEK纤维的线密度为21.33 dtex,PEEK纤维可纺性及力学性能良好。High-performance polyetheretherketone(PEEK)fibers were prepared by melt spinning process.The parameters such as screw process,spinning component,spinning temperature,hot channel temperature,spinning speed,draft ratio,draft temperature and draft rate were determined by optimizing the process conditions.The linear density and tensile properties of the fibers were tested.The results show that the spinning pack is determined to be equipped with 36 f single-component spinneret,50 mesh/180 mesh/250 mesh/180 mesh/50 mesh five-layer filter and 10 mesh metal filter sand.When the temperature of each zone of PEEK screw extruder is 350,370,390,400,400,400,400℃,the spinning temperature is 415℃,the hot channel temperature is 300℃,the spinning speed is 200 m/min,the draft ratio is 3.0 times,the draft temperature is 200℃,and the draft rate is 200 cm/min,the linear density of PEEK fiber is 21.33 dtex,and the spinnability and mechanical properties of PEEK fiber are good.
