摘  要:文章以两种羟值不同的聚醚多元醇(3050与204)为主要原料,配合各种相关助剂制备了A组分;并以次甲基多苯基异氰酸酯(PM-200)作为B组分,研制一种专门用于三聚氰胺板黏接的环保无溶剂型双组分聚氨酯胶黏剂。研究了两种不同聚醚多元醇的比例及催化剂的添加量对胶黏剂黏度、施工时间、固化时间和剪切强度等性能的影响。结果表明:当聚醚多元醇3050与204质量比在1∶1,催化剂含量在0.125份时,胶黏剂的施工时间为2.5 h,固化时间12 h,剪切强度达到3.8 MPa。胶黏剂的总挥发性有机物远低于GB 18583—2008中的限值(≤100 g/L),表明胶黏剂具有良好的环保性能。该胶黏剂可以提升家居装饰企业进行三聚氰胺板黏接时的生产效率,并提升产品质量。A component was prepared by using two polyether polyols(3050 and 204)with different hydroxyl values as the main raw materials and various related additives.An environmentally friendly solvent-free two-component polyurethane adhesive for melamine plate bonding was developed by using methenyl polyphenyl isocyanate(PM-200)as B component.The effects of the ratio of two different polyether polyols and the amount of catalyst on the viscosity,construction time,curing time and shear strength of the adhesive were studied.The results show that when the mass ratio of polyether polyol 3050 to 204 is 1∶1 and the catalyst content is 0.125 phr,the construction time of the adhesive is 2.5 h,the curing time is 12 h,and the shear strength reaches 3.8 MPa.The total volatile organic compounds of the adhesive are much lower than the limit value(≤100 g/L)in GB 18583—2008,indicating that the adhesive has good environmental performance.The adhesive can improve the production efficiency of melamine board bonding in home decoration enterprises and improve the quality of products.
