摘  要:为提高可降解塑料板材挤出机头流道的加工性能和塑化作用,减少机头的制造成本和生产周期,以挤出宽度为280 mm,厚度为25 mm的可降解塑料板材挤出机头流道作为研究对象,针对加工过程中出现的挤出板材制品中间出现褶皱断料和整体厚度不均匀问题,先对机头流道建立数学模型,再利用ANSYS-Polyflow仿真分析模块对机头流道进行数值模拟分析,并据此对原设计板材挤出机头流道的结构进行对比优化设计。仿真及实验结果表明:优化后,有效减小了机头流道压缩段末端压力过大导致的压力损失,增加了扩张段中间压力,解决了制品中间出现的褶皱断料现象,提高了流道内熔体的整体流动性,使得制品更加均匀紧实,满足设计要求,并为后续流道的结构设计及改造提供参考依据。In order to improve the processing performance and plasticizing effect of the extruder head flow channel of degradable plastic sheet,and reduce the manufacturing cost and production cycle of the extruder head,the extruder head flow channel of degradable plastic sheet with an extrusion width of 280 mm and a thickness of 25 mm was taken as the research object.Aiming at the problems of wrinkle breakage and uneven overall thickness in the middle of the extruded sheet products during the processing,the mathematical model of the extruder head channel was first established,and then the ANSYS-Polyflow simulation analysis module was used to numerical simulate and analyze the extruder head channel.The structure of the original designed plate extruder head flow channel was compared and optimized.The simulation and experimental results show that after optimization,the pressure loss caused by excessive pressure at the end of the compression section of the extruder head flow channel is effectively reduced,the intermediate pressure of the expansion section is increased,the phenomenon of wrinkle and broken material in the middle of the product is solved,and the overall fluidity of the melt in the flow channel is improved.It makes the product more uniform and compact,meets the design requirements,and provides a reference for the structural design and transformation of the subsequent flow channel.
